Steve Gartrell, Newton, MA, has been selected as NCDA's President, followed by Rita Pribyl, Davenport, IA, Vice-President, Leila Allen, Orlando, FL, Secretary/Treasurer, and Emory Counts, Daytona Beach, FL, Immediate Past-President.
