Registration must be paid for by check and payment should be made payable to NCDA. Should you need to cancel, please mail, fax (202-887-5546) or e-mail (karen@ncdaonline.org) your cancellation to NCDA by June 1, 2010. No refund of registration fess will be given after this date.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
NCDA has secured a block of rooms at the Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Avenue, 1415 Fifth Avenue, Seattle, Washington, where the conference will be held. The hotel will hold this block exclusively for conference registrants through June 1, 2010.
