Our Community Development team is hiring a Compliance Project Coordinator. No experience necessary! Training will be provided! Knowledge of HUD grants, programs, and regulatory language is a plus!

This is a brand new position in the Community Development Division! This new position will support the Environmental Project Coordinator, Emilie Fisher, and Community Services Manager/Compliance, Tracy Odishaw. The successful candidate will learn to perform lower level environmental reviews and tasks related to Section 3 on our construction and rehab activities. This Compliance Team covers the entire department’s environmental clearances and all Section 3 covered projects (construction and rehab activities).  Please check out the position description and see if you’d like to try something different!
