The City of West Palm Beach is seeking to hire an experienced Housing and Community Development Program Manager responsible for the administration, implementation and overall management of various housing and community development programs, initiatives, and activities. This position will be primarily responsible for the programmatic and fiscal compliance of all applicable regulations under the following programs: CDBG, HOME, HOPWA, SHIP, and other assigned discretionary grant programs. The Housing and Community Development Program Manager will report directly to the Assistant Director and serve as a member of the Department’s leadership team supervising approximately two or more employees.
