The Sonoma County Community Development Commission (CDC) is dedicated to creating homes in thriving and inclusive neighborhoods. They are recruiting candidates with experience working in affordable housing compliance who will be able to monitor federal, state, and local regulated developments/units, assist in the maintenance of the CDC databases, and communicate with property owners and managers to provide technical assistance regarding regulatory agreement compliance requirements.
