The ideal candidate would have served at either the Federal, State, or local government level and been responsible for oversight of HUD Community Planning and Development programs, especially CDBG and/or HOME and familiar with program design, program implementation, program monitoring and/or strategic planning. We are looking for candidates who can work with community partners and city leaders with the development/submission of required reporting such as Consolidation Plan, Annual Action Plan, and CAPER.

Applicants considered to be the most qualified will be invited to continue in the testing process which may include a selection interview.
Four years of increasingly responsible experience in finance, community development, or a related field, including one year in a community development or housing agency.
Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in finance, business administration, public administration, or related field.
License or Certificate:
Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a valid California driver’s license.
