Housing Analyst I/II

Full-time

The City of Roseville Housing Division is seeking a dedicated and organized Housing Analyst to provide professional and technical assistance in the development, administration and implementation of assigned housing programs.  Some of these programs may include housing rehabilitation, oversight and coordination of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funded-projects, qualifying low income loan applications and grant contract administration of federal and state housing programs such as , HOME, Cal Home, and BEGIN.

The successful candidate will have experience in basic budget preparation and monitoring, know principles and practices of federal program and project management, and will be able to exercise initiative and independent judgement in complex situations.  If this sounds like you, City of Roseville Housing Division wants you to join their team!
