@kthompson We report all $10,000+ contracts, including contracts for housing rehab. We do any new contract issued during the fiscal year for the amount of the contract issued.

I report any contract over $10,000, including those for the owner-occupied rehab. I report using the date the contract was executed (if renewed, I would re-report using the renewal date).
