NCDA Mission
NCDA is the premier advocacy and training organization that teaches and inspires program administrators to build inclusive, sustainable, and affordable communities for low- and moderate-income families and individuals.
We offer a peer-to-peer professional network, training and online resources, and provide federal advocacy so local governments can address the needs of their communities and administer federal funding with more expertise and confidence.
NCDA helps local governments navigate U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) programs including the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and HUD’s Homeless Assistance Grants.
