The Housing Neighborhood Rehabilitation Program Manager oversees the City’s Housing Rehabilitation Programs, ensuring their ongoing success. The Program Manager supervises the Neighborhood Stabilization rehabilitation staff and operations, including programs like SafeHome, Lead Safe and Healthy Homes, and the Emergency Repair Program, along with other assigned special programs and projects. The Neighborhood Stabilization Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program management, program review and development, program monitoring and funding source compliance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with five years of relevant work experience or an Associate’s degree with three years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree.
